FABRICE BRECHET

Fabrice is an undergraduate PhD in "Sociology of Organizations" from Toulouse II University, a Master Degree holder in "International Tourism Strategy" from Paris I University Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Degree holder in Oenology from the CIDD Paris.

Founder and Managing Director of SALINA HOTEL CONSULTANT Co. Ltd, Fabrice has 15 years international experience in the luxury hotel industry as Food & Beverage Director and General Manager. Then, Fabrice worked for the third world largest organization in Foodservice and Facilities Management in Paris as Area Director. Finally, Fabrice last tenure was academic as Director of Studies for a private University managing 9 programs from Diploma to Master Degree, and teaching various subjects.


GUY ASSAKER

Guy is an undergraduate PhD in ‘Decision Science” from ESSEC business school in Paris, a Master Degree holder from Paris I University "Panthéon-Sorbonne" in International Tourism Strategy, and a MBA holder from Cornel University in USA.

Guy has an experience with one of the largest hotel chains in the world, as financial controller, and has an extensive expertise on franchise and master franchise contract, quantitative methods, corporate forecast, and hospitality managerial accounting.


SALLY CHAIYAKAN

After a Bachelor Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Sally has obtained a Master Degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Maryland. During her study, Sally has been honored by “Best Article” and “Outstanding Achievement” award, and been the leader member of “Student Organization of the Public Relations Society of America”.

Sally professional career start as reporter for MCOT’s APEC Channel News, then as Executive Director for News line Channel 11, and made public appearance to represent these two companies. Then, Sally has held the position of Director of Public Relation and Marketing. Her duty was to organize media events and train staffs to develop their communication skills.


ANNE COUCHAUX

Anne is a MBA holder from the University of Poitiers in France, and has an extensive background as a cost control and accounting trainer.

Over the last 15 years Anne has evolved within two global companies among the French stock exchange ‘CAC 40’ as ‘Partnership Coordinator and Cost Controller’. Anne expertise is related to budget, business plan, financial reporting, international distributors’ integration, project management, brand’s standard surveillance.

SUWART JITJOMNONGMATE

Suwart is a MBA holder from Kasetsart University in Bangkok, and a Certificate holder in Room Division Management from the Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland.

Over the last 20 years Suwart has gained extensive experience in Room Division Management with Dusit Thani Hotel Group, and Sales & Marketing Management with International Hotels Chain as Hilton and Intercontinental. Today Suwart is the Executive Director of S.I Tours a travel agency providing qualitative offer in South East Asia.


AUDE PRADIER

Aude is an Engineer in Microbiology from the “French Institute of Microbiology and Food Safety” in Brest. She is also holding a certificate from the “Food Safety European Center”.

As expert, Aude has conducted several audits and diagnostics for Hyatt Hotels and Carrefour Company, and she implemented the HACCP methodology for some French Public Schools. As trainer, Aude has conducted various HACCP courses for Leclerc super market and the French Public Hospital.


BOONLERT KANATHANASARN

Boonlert is a Master Degree holder from Kasetsart University Thailand in Business Economics, and a trainer in Knowledge Management, Basic TQM Concept and Root Cause Analysis by using Why-Why Technique.

Over 10 year’s professional experience in Total Quality Management, Boonlert has extensive knowledge in setting up and controlling management system, as ISO 9000, 9001 and 14001. In previous position Boonlert has developed, employees’ learning process skills, thinking skills and problem solving skills in creating the learning organization by using principle of fifth discipline that allows companies to improve productivity and to reduce variation in working process.


MOTAKAN LANCASTER

Montakan is a Master Degree holder in Tourism Studies from Surrey University in England, and has dedicated the last 10 years as a lecturer and department head at leading Thai universities. Her expertise is in the area of hospitality marketing and sales.

Prior to entering the academic field, Montakan was with ‘Le Meridien’ Hotels Chain for 10 years. Her last position was Group Director of Sales for all ‘Le Meridien Resorts’ in Thailand. During her tenure with ‘Le Meridien’, Montakan oversaw Sales & Marketing strategy, trained sales team to ‘Le Meridien’ standard, and developed relationships with key account clients in all key market segments.


SUPANNIKA KUSUMAVALEE

Supannika is a Master Degree holder in ‘Human Resources Development and Management Learning’ from the Lancaster University in England. In addition, Supannika has published ‘Globalization: Implication for Thai Women’ 2005, and ‘Learner’s Perception on Computer-based Learning’ 2002.

Supannika has an extensive consultancy expertise with various governmental Thai organizations such as, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Defense.


STEPHEN SHEPERD

Stephen is a Bachelor Degree holder in “Hospitality Management” from Rochville University in United States of America. Also, he is teaching “Tour Guiding” at Suan Sunandha University in Bangkok, and a “Teaching English as a Foreign Language” (TEFL) certificate holder, and a “Callan Direct Method” teaching qualification.

Stephen has extensive experience working overseas as a tour representative for “First Choice Holidays” in Europe. Also, he was a General Manager at the largest discotheque in Europe “BCM”, organizing promotional events from theme nights to concerts.


PAIRACH INTAPUT

Pairach is the Director of Thai Sommelier & Gastronomy, a Wine Columnist for “Wine Today magazine”, and the General Manager of Estima Consulting Co.,Ltd. From 1996 to 2005 Pairach was a Taster Panel for Thai Airways to select wine. In 1996 he was the winner of “The Best Sommelier of Thailand” Competition.

In 1997 he represented Thailand at the “Internationale Sopexa Grand Prix du Sommelier” in Paris, among Sommeliers from 24 countries. Pairach is also a wine instructor for Sopexa Thailand, and has an extensive work experience of 21 years in luxury hospitality industry.


JEAN-MICHEL FRAISSE

Jean-Michel is a Master Degree holder in “Tourism & Hospitality Management” from the University of Toulouse II, and has a master trainer qualification in culinary and pastry courses.

During 10 years, Jean-Michel was a chef and a restaurant owner in France. Then, he decided to join the “Taylors University College”, in Malaysia, as culinary technical advisor. Recently, he established his own consultancy-training firm in Kuala Lumpur.


MARWAN DIB

Marwan is a chef trainer specialized in food production, food safety and sanitation, kitchen management, design menu, and planning nutrition meal.

Over the last 10 years Marwan has gained extensive experience in Culinary Art in Canada, Italy and Thailand with award-winning restaurants. Today Marwan is dedicating its career to training and to assist 3* Michelin Chefs during Culinary promotion.
