Objective
SALINA is experienced operational auditor and support organization to review Room Division and Food & Beverage Departments’ operating procedure. Operational information may be collected through a mix of research methods that include bookkeeping, surveys, interviews, Managers liaison and case studies, for the preparation of Operational Impact Assessments (OIA).
SALINA assist organizations to set objectives from which indicators of impact are determined, and research tools designed in detail that can be self-administrated by Managers. Through an integrated approach to operational auditing our consultants assist organizations assess its social, economic and professional benefits and limitations.
